Rising and Falling

Sunset as the tide rises in Tyninghame Bay, East Lothian. The footprints in the foreground are (probably) curlew and the flock you can see above the sun in large are (probably) black-headed gulls which are gathering in their hundreds.

I worked at home, pretty worn out still, but buoyed-up by this beautiful evening.
