Stupid Incompetent People!!!

Well I cancelled all my plans for today because City Link were supposed to be delivering a parcel (a nice new Fuji S5 to be precise). Anyway, a phone call at lunch time revealed they didn't know what time it would be delivered. A check on the internet at 5pm revealed it "was delivered at 2.38pm". Only problem was it hadn't been!! Phone them up. They said someone called "Codd" had signed for it. I explained I knew no one with that surname. They promised to investigate and ring me back. They didn't!!
I decided to walk the streets of my neighbourhood knocking on doors with the same number as mine. Turns out it had been delivered to a house a 5 minute walk away on a completely different street with a completely different number to mine (but close). The person who signed for it hadn't even looked at it and certainly hadn't thought about bringing it round yet.

So, how can a delivery person get the road completely wrong??

And, why can someone else sign for my parcel without my permission??

Consequently, blipping was not at the top of my priorities today. This is just an over processed image of a flower pulled from my garden.
