Money Pit

Most people have a signature dish when it comes to cooking, whether it's something unique to them or a dish they're really good at. I guess you could call this my signature dish - Avocado Dessert.

It's strange but friends are always apprehensive when I introduce this dessert to them. Maybe it's the colour or the texture which puts them off.

The avocado seed or pit, the focus of this picture, is added to limit the avocado from turning brown due to exposure to air. Not sure how true that is but it seems to work.

In post-processing, I've adjusted the yellow and green hue's to match the actual colour and added blown highlights.
