Dinner

This is reheating peppers from last night, with salmon to add, to become salmon fried rice.

Meetings in the office today, then Delivery Team in the afternoon, which is always energising because the people there are so committed to making mental health better in Scotland. Always gives me a real buzz.

Some really interesting dementia figures, but might keep that for a future blip.

Also was wear your trainers day at work, so ran at lunchtime. Next time will get a picture of that I think.
