Not in the New Town

At first glance you can't help noticing that the prohibiting sign is half the size of the "garden" but it turns out that there has been an ongoing problem not with dogs in general but with a particular local stumpy-legged Airedale Terrier. It's only a wee dog but it can coil out something as thick as a baby's arm that stinks like a week's worth of nappies.
