WEIGHTY ISSUES
I stood on the scales at the weekend and became somewhat concerned that either I was being lied to or that I really was the weight displayed on the dial, after much consideration over a cooked breakfast I concluded that the scales had no cause to tell me an untruth and that therefor I'm a much fuller figured person than I thought. All this leads me to this morning and my new fitness program, a brisk walk before work, hopefully a couple of miles each morning will slowly ahead the pounds, I may even take to a jog when I become a little lighter!
