Kaizers Orchestra
It's been the 6th time I saw Kaizers Orchestra live, a band that not only I consider to be one of the best live acts in the world. They've managed to create a unique sound of their own: the so-called 'ompa rock' influenced by Tom Waits, Scandinavian polka and Eastern-European gypsy music. Oil barrels play an important role in their live set.
They sing in Norwegian or rather - to be precise - in the western Bryne dialect which (as far as I've heard) makes them rather hard to understand for people from Oslo for example.
If they come to your town, make sure to check them out!
