Crocus

Much of today was spent in the garden tidying, pruning, contemplating etc - as usual this weekend I had a long list of things to do but with the weather being as nice as it was, I was damned if I was spending all day stuck to the computer. I will of course regret that decision come tomorrow when all the stuff still needs to be done.

Ah well - as the Crocus are always closing up by the time I get home in the evening I figured it would be a good idea to get a few pics - especially when most of them are in remarkably good condition. Usually something nibbles them but not this year :)

I did dig one up - well it was in a tub with nice soft soil and came out without complaint - it is back in the tub and will hopefully forgive me for being so horrible.
