Argyll country

Four of us tested out a walk for our walking club. We drove over the Rest and Be Thankful to Inveraray, and walked in the estate of the Duke of Argyll at Inveraray Castle. We walked up to the waterfalls, and then a circular route around Inveraray and back to our car. Eight lovely miles, and not a drop of rain!!! Wonderful. Had a wee drink in the Argyll Hotel before heading home. A beautiful drive up and down, not busy at all, and no landslides on the Rest...... thank God!!!
