Flowers in the window

Oonagh's green fingers have been working away again. There are flowers all over the kitchen in little pots, herbs and chillies sprouting in more than a couple of places and now plans are a foot for homemade cocktails and such! Happy days.

Been feeling a little under the weather recently so training as taken a big hit. Just a cold but a horrible lingering one tries to grind you down and drag the colour from life. It shall pass and I'll be back to the training soon!

Phil came to visit, lots of energy and fun. No idea how he can have that much energy all the time but he does. The bastard.
