Average Tulip

The whole country seems to have sunshine but oh no... not here in Cheshire!

Chris and Emily came round for brunch! Smoked Salmon and scrabled eggs for Emily and myself and Pete was brave and had the veggie bacon and sausages with Chris. The verdict on the bacon was.... well it wasn't great... so most of it ended up in the dog!

Quick trip to the garden center this afternoon, but it was over run with people going crazy buying all sorts from the 'pink' display for mother's day....
hate all that commercial nonsense....

So all together a nice but rather uneventful Sunday! Bit like the tulip which has appeared in one of my pots on the patio. Although only an average tulip (and def not really one of my favourites) it is yet another reminder that it is spring!!

Here is to average Sundays and average Tulips!! (because average is good!)
