Got my fingers burned at Sandown Park

Free entry into Sandown. Hungover to blazes from last night, we decided to have a cup of tea rather than the usual Guinness. An unfortunate accident saw me wearing it on my hand. Fortunately the cafe supervisor was the most sensible and kind person, supplying me with not only cold water to cool the hand, but also a chocolate brownie bar to alleviate the shock. I'll stick to the Guinness from now on.

In other news, backed a winner at 16-1 (Ambion Wood). I'm going to try to blip Festival week using only the iPhone, vodafone's flaky 3G network, and the fortification of Guinness.
