Start as you mean to go on

Alarm went at 4:30am, we were booked on the 6am snow bus which was about an hour late. It gave us time to enjoy our first sunrise in Vancouver, the harbour looked beautiful with the sun glinting off the mountains and the yacht masts. It was flipping cold though!

The bus took us along the Sea to Sky Highway and up to Whistler. Our hotel was amazing and we had a view of the mountains. Andy got straight on the slopes and I felt pretty good seeking out a Scandinavian spa for the afternoon. It was absolutely brilliant, amazing views, steam rooms and you could cross country ski right up to it.

This trip has been planned as a super treat for Andy's birthday later this year, he has always wanted to come to Whistler and kid-in-a-sweet-shop doesn't begin to describe his level of excitement at arriving here!
