The daffs are out

You know spring has sprung when the daffodils appear. They are a beautiful flower...ok I may be a little biased given my Welsh heritage. I admit it...I have a soft spot for the good old daff. Probably because I (along with 1000's of other Welsh children) wore it on 01 March each year throughout my childhood as part of our St Davids day celebrations. Come to think of it our patron Saints day was also responsible for my belief that a leek was something you wore, rather than ate. Can't ever remember eating one until I left Wales.

I feel more spring like too. Seem to have got rid of the cold and am getting back into a fitness regime again.
