i'm back baby!

..............and this lame ass effort is all you are getting.

it has been a great week in terms of being back home and spending some relaxing time with the family. even managed to get out on the bikes with my bro and a session at the gym. this simply highlighted how much i am cheating myself by lifting about 10kg lighter on the free weights than i should at home. younger bro soon set that straight and i type this while in some pain.
cheers for the training sess anyway little bro, remind me to thank you when i see you next.

biggest issue with this week has been the non existent internet connection. apparently my mum and her hubby have just upgraded their internet connection and of course this now means that the whole thing has just stopped working.
so no blip for a week...................it has been, difficult for want of a better term.
it did mean that i went out to take pics and took them just for me, without worrying about a good one for you guys.

still i have back blipped starting here. now i know most of you won't look but if you can i'd like feedback on THIS and THIS.
