New Chapter

The arrival of lambs each year is lovely and marks a new start in the cycle of life. But it isn't birth or death that should mainly concern us; it is what happens in between. I see life as a series of chapters. Some are long, some are short, all....are unpredictable. The very events that start and end life's chapters are equally unpredictable.

The scary yet wonderful thing about the start of a new chapter in life therefore, is that the chapter is as yet unwritten. It has still to unfold and play itself out, when it will then become part of your personal history. Maybe it will be one of the more typical chapters or maybe it will be life changing?

How many of us could have predicted 20 years ago where we would be now? Would we really want to know where we will be in another 20 years?

So....those are my random thoughts for today. ;-) I have had a wonderful couple of days but I am continuing to struggle to keep up with you all, so I have disabled comments again so at least I am not expecting any of you to comment when I am not doing so myself.
