Great idea!

1 1/2 year ago I was diagnosed with B12 and B9 (folat) deficiency. Every 3 month's I have to get B12 injected in a muscle. It's no big deal, but every time I get my shot, my energy comes up and my head gets filled with ideas! I got my shot last week and today I got this great idea I really want to follow up and my head has been spinning all day. It's such a good feeling! Maybe I will tell you about this idea later but for now it's a secret :)
Today's blip is about a decision I made today, I'm going to eat healthier food from now on.........it makes me feel better!
