Gathering place

We gathered and celebrated for the sake of it at Kerry's tonight, and to see me off on a six week adventure to Europe.

I need to get away, there are friends in Europe I want to see, and I have never been. So I'm off to Paris and then a little farm in the Northeast for a few weeks to see my friend Michel and volunteer. Then hopefully meeting another friend for some climbing in Switzerland, before rounding out volunteering at another farm in Italy. Hopefully it will clear my head, and my heart - I could sure use it after the past few months.

Tonight though we gathered and celebrated with a potluck of delicious food, abundant beer, and fiddle music celebrating the moment. Toasting to the future ~
