It was a morning of shopping in Nottingham waiting for the car to be serviced. It's amazing how many things you notice for the first time when you're constantly scanning the environment for things to photograph - it slows shopping down quite a bit though.
This photo is of the elegant Exchange Shopping Centre, opened 1929. Whilst taking the photo the booming noise of Little John, the building's bell, was reverberating around the building.
