Pup

This little guy had been hanging around our community for a few days, running up to people and licking their legs and generally being cute.

But the day after I took this, my flatmate woke up to the sounds of his little puppy yelps and saw him sitting in the back of a police van.

I'm not sure of China's policy on stray dogs but I did read an article published last month which said that young stray dogs in Beijing were been trained to assist the elderly and hard-of-hearing.

Maybe there's hope for this little feller yet.
