Time

It's been so hectic at work the last few days, so I really enjoyed and needed the day to myself.

I went to yoga at the Midlands Art Centre, known as MAC, which is in Cannon Hill Park. This was followed by lunch there, before I went to see an art exhibition in MAC's first floor gallery, showcasing West Midlands artists.

This big clock face, made from wood, caught my eye. It reminded me how important it is to find space for some 'me time' amongst busy days/weeks.
