Never ending.....

Yep - I know it's yet another Anemone pic but Friday night is Karate night so it's rush home - rush out - punch, block, kick for one and a half hours, home shower, eat and collapse in a heap.

Oh and grab a shot of a handy flower before collapsing a heap.
