Watching the Collies
I didn't set my alarm for the swim at 6.30 this morning as I figured if I managed to catch up on sleep I could go tonight, which is what happened, well I've not been yet, going at 9.15pm. I'm all on my lonesome tonight as hubby in Glasgow at his parents as his dad is celebrating his 80th birthday. I remember almost 3 years ago when my mum was 80 we went to Gleneagles Hotel for afternoon tea, it was fabulous. It's nice for the old ones to have all their family with them at special moments like these.
I started the day off at the physio, with more treatment on the bursar on my left him problem. The physio, Benji (french) started by grinding his elbow into the problem area - for 5 minutes. The sweat was pouring off me with the pain of it. It's good to have pain like this as afterwards you appreciate the no pain!! he says. Mmmm, not sure I agreed with him.
After work, with it being so light now I took Breaghakins up to the Golf Course. Here she is watching 2 collies getting a ball thrown to them.
Edit: I have no money at the bookies on this but I think Carla murdered
Frank Foster.
Edit x 2 for Tonto in Glasgow I did 40 lengths:-)
