Rabies Blood Test Today.

I arrived at Longridge Community Hospital at 08:15 for my rabies blood titre test to see if my recent booster vaccination has been effective. I was fourth in the queue, which was a record for me. Normally arriving this early would see you only 12th or worse in the queue.

I provided the nurse with the blood tube, needle and needle holder but she did not know what to do with them so some direction was required. The nurse managed fine and I was soon on my way back to work at 08:45 at record for me as this is normally the time the clinic starts. Then all I had to do was put the blood sample in its container to post to Weybridge.
