Tongue Scalloping...

Today I found out I have tongue scalloping. This is when you have impressions or ridges on the sides of your tongue where it sits against your molars. The traditional explanation is that the tongue is too big for the jaw. I also have a massive ulcer on my tongue so today I am feeling pretty irritable.
For ages I have found it difficult to breathe as my nose constantly feels blocked. Apparently tongue scalloping can be linked to this as the mouth becomes dehydrated in the night through having to sleep with my mouth open and breathe in and out through the mouth.
I hope to get this problem sorted as my tongue looks minging :/
