Eye pie with my hungry eye

In aid of national pie week I thought I would set my self a little challenge to make a pie, my pie of choice is a caramel apple pie with a lattice top.

I also put the challenge to my Facebook friends to make a pie and post a photo it was fun getting people's views and a few people took on the challenge, fun had by all and a great sense of achievement.

Now to decide on a side of either custard, cream or ice cream?
