Marton Church

Went to Congleton so C could see his childhood home and school, before going back to the USA tomorrow.
I stopped on the way back to snap the church of St James and St Paul at Marton.
It's one of the oldest timber framed churches in Europe and dates back to 1343.
We also stopped at Johm Lewis to look at tumble dryers, where my nephew suggested taking a shot of their descriptions etc. The lady next us said "What a great idea" and whipped out her phone to photograph the one she wanted!
