Busy day in the office and then away early, destination Wanaka.

Took a few photos en-route out the window while driving, this one included, but I wasn't too worried as I wasn't confident that we'd see an Aurora tonight. Supposedly it was supposed to be a big one.

Arrived in Wanaka at 9, settled in, glass of wine, beautiful evening, and then several hours seeking Auroras. Never happened, maybe later.

Oh well, not a bad compromise for a photo ;-)

Rest day tomorrow then the race on Saturday.
