So close, and yet so far.
A bunch of us, including fellow blippers Al and Greg went up to the Castlehill Reservoir in the hopes of escaping enough light pollution to be able to spot a bit of the Aurora Borealis.
What with all the news of the major solar flare, we figured we'd spot something.
But....it's Scotland. So we got clouds. Lots and lots of lovely clouds to prevent us from seeing a single star, let alone the Borealis.
At least I got to play with two puppies.....
