Help???

My Canon IXUS II seems to have given up the ghost.

This is what appears on the screen when in normal, custom or video mode. The file viewing setting still works but obviously only shows this image and others like it. It isn't a stationary image it flickers and changes as I move the camera around.

Anyone had this problem, know what is up with it or know how much it will cost to fix?
