dieting

I have never known anyone be so strict with themselves when dieting compared to my boss. She makes beetroot soup, eats lots of apples which make her Burp...alot!, she has bowls of carrots and that's it, she has now found these new soup options. Its mad how much the dieting industry has grown that every food has a no calorie equivalent. I can safely say these look very unappetizing to me, atleast she loves fudge so every so often binge on a bag of that.
