'shrooms

Tonight Matthew I'm going to be an artichoke and parmesan pasta delight.

As soon as I got in tonight I started draining some very oily mushrooms ready for dinner. I didn't manage to eat any lunch and was pretty hungy as a yoghurt had kept me going all day.

I should be studying but I have got distracted by a cool programme on BBC1. There is what looks like a fab place in Scotland where you are guaranteed to see dolphins in the wild....thinking that maybe I need to add that to my to do list!
