Burn baby burn !

Today is International Womens day and it inspired me to try and include it in a blip after various other rather boring photos taken today .

Later day women's liberation movements culminated in a protest in 1968 with bras being tossed in the rubbish ,with only a few actually burned .
I don't think the young women today have any idea of the strugglesof women of the 60's and early 20th century .

However' burning your bra' became a symbol of women's liberation and is still a phase used today .
