Naughty but Nice!

I went to the gym this morning. My visits there haven't been quite as regular as they were before my skiing trip but at least I haven't stopped completely!

By the time it got to the kids teatime (5 p.m. in our household) I felt I deserved a treat... and this is what I ate!
