He has to be (as the title suggests) the happiest Big Issue seller...in the world.

Yes, I admit it is a bit much first thing in a morning but part of me wishes I was a bit like him.

One day I might have the bottle to ask him if I can take his portrait properly...suppose it will only cost the price of a Big Issue and a cuppa!
