Green and Spiky

We headed off to the ponds in the hope of finding the first frogs of the year. Alas, it was not froggy weather. However, we did get to see the fish getting in fed - and for some reason, I like watching fish. Nice to get out for a bit of a wander too. There are signs of growth out there.

Had a bit of a role reversal in school last night when my teacher asked me some questions about English. She's learning and has just started with past tenses. She asked me about Past Simple, Past Continuous, Past Perfect & Past Perfect Continuous. Labels that mean absolutely nothing to me - I felt a bit of a fool.
