Breakfast (Breaky) Creek Hotel
The Breakfast Creek Hotel is arguably the most famous watering hole in Queensland and one of the most iconic in Australia.
Built in the French Renaissance style in 1889, the Breakfast Creek Hotel is famous for its premium quality steaks and 'Beer off the Wood' 7 days a week.
Ghost hunters can also be found looking and listening for any unusual occurrences. Over the years there has been many a sighting of 'old Bill'. William MacNoughton Galloway built the hotel in 1889 and resided here until his untimely death. An intoxicated fall from a second storey window led to his demise and it is said that he haunts the hotel to this day.
Oh yea, love their steaks and the food in the Spanish Restaurant is divine but very dear! Thank goodness for company-paid dinners! :)
I was tempted to go for a B&W treatment but the orange sky was just to cool to pass up. Try it in LARGE. Hope you like it. :)
