blustery, blurry night

Well, the wind was blustery. And the picture is blurry. Another experiment with nighttime pictures...with, I think, the wrong ISO. Took this one in haste as I left school WAY too late tonight. And I didn't really stop to adjust things. And I didn't even really free my arms and hands of anything. Rather, I reached into my purse because the tree looked really cool all illuminated by the parking lot light. And I snapped away. Not the best shots, but they all kind of have some cool effects anyway.
