BIG Celebration :-))

Today we were granted the Building Warrant for the building work needed on our new house to make it fully accessible for Alan!

YIPPEEEEE!!!!!

At long last we can actually begin the work of turning two large bedrooms into a bedroom and adjoining wet room for Alan, with a smaller bedroom / sitting room that will be used by carers as Alan gets older and isn't reliant on us for all his care.

Hoping to appoint the builder by the end of the week and all being well, work will hopefully start by the end of next week!

At last I feel we are actually making progress and moving now feels real again! It has focussed my mind and I am now in an even bigger frenzy of list writing than usual! :-)))

Seemed fitting to blip one of the fairy cakes Alan made at school to celebrate the day :-))))
