Rain Did Not Stop Play!

....but it nearly did tonight. Got down to North Queensferry, and the rain started just as we were unloading the car...and then it got worse. Few other people had the same idea as us tonight, plenty of tripods and people trying lots of different angles. Camera was getting soaked and it looked like we were going to call it a night after just two shots. We went up to the Forth Road Bridge and took some shots of the Rail Bridge from there. But when rain went off, we went back down to the pier to try again.

I've got a 5am start to get over to Belfast, so a quick blip. Liked the moon in this one, there are some better shots that I will work on tomorrow night.

The Albert Hotel looked very cosy and warm tonight and we were tempted to give up and head in. Glad we stuck with it, good fun and nice way to relax.
