Waxing Ecstatic

Full Moon - well very nearly - 2am ish tomorrow - but the evening tonight was still, clear & perfect for a luner blip. Sadly I've completely misplaced my good tripod at present - so I have this saggy old one - which - due to bolting an ancient 'Grand Prix' (Brussels 1958) mirror lens - via an Ape Auto teleplus 2 X multiplier onto the Canon, meant that it became virtually hand held - the mount couldn't support all the extra weight! Still, I grabbed a few snaps, perched out on the roof, while my bath filled - and this one chosen to celebrate the fully reflective surface of our orbiting natural satellite, oh and my hairy hands..
