Edinburgh Police Box #8

Early appointment at the dentist's today to see the hygienist which, for once, wasn't too unpleasant or uncomfortable. I even got some praise; although I still felt like a schoolchild, as I normally do while being shown how you should brush your teeth properly with a discernible hint of patronisation.

I'm now rewarding myself with a chinese take-away and an IPA. I can almost hear the hygienist tutting as she sharpens her weapons tools ready for my next visit.
