Suspicious Behaviour

Not my must stunning Blip but there is a story to it if you stick with me.

I decided to go for a wander between the rain showers at work, didn't
get very far, just a walk around the business park.

Walking along the path, I stop and zoom in on this nearby brightly
colour shrub/plant, thought it might make an interesting shot. I hear
a car stop near me, assume it's someone wanting directions, turned
around and it's 2 policemen in a police car, the window rolls down...

Police - alright

Me - aye fine

Police - what you up to today?

Me - just taking some pictures

Police - of anything in particular?

Me - not really (ok maybe not the best way to answer the question but it was truthful I hadn't figured out what I was taking a picture of yet)

Police - uh-huh (sounding suspicious)

Me - well, I just spotted this section here which had very
bright yellows, the bit over there has bright reds, thought it might
make an interesting picture

Police - oh right

[Awkward Pause?.]

Police - well you know us, we're suspicious of anyone with a camera

Me - no need to worry about me, just having a wander

Police - that's alright then... Bye

And off they go.

I'm stood there wondering what was I actually doing wrong? Stood on
the path taking pictures of the plants?!

It's the first time I've ever had any suspicions of me taking pictures
and considering the subject it seemed pretty odd.
