Raspberry Ricotta Cheesecake

Woke up feeling worse than i expected so ended up watching with the boyfriend who has come down to see me, Saturday Live Kitchen and then another cooking programme after that which inspired both myself and the boyfriend who are both aspiring wannabe cooks to attempt a Cuban Picadillo and this cheesecake.

This cheesecake has more of a texture and isn't as rich as some, which just means you eat more, next time i'm going to attempt a creamier based one just to see what i prefer.
