The Seaplane Diner located on the waterfront at the Port of Providence, a tough gritty neigborhood so the food has to be good.
It is a 1950's Jerry O'Mahoney design built in Elizabeth NJ. Originally located in Woonsocket RI it was moved here in 1973. Seats 60.
