Don't use the flash mum!

Today I put a stew in the oven first thing and then went to sashas for a brew before heading off to great arrivals. it was sling day and I had put Kicki in touch with the group so good that ppl were interested - then Melissa Sara Louise Cath came round for tea and cake (low fat malt loaf :)) mike had a shock when he got in 5 mums and 5 babies! Then I finally remembered the stew! It wasn't burnt just dehydrated !! It was like a pot noodle! No moisture! It was edible tho after I put lots of water back on it and waited for it to pop back into shape! Melody enjoyed it - especially strips of celeriac and swede I cut into batons within the stew for her - my sis in law Mand had a scan for a boob lump today and it was nothing bad thank god - but it's given her a wake up call and made her decide to get sterilised so she can come off the pill and give up smoking - and my brother - they couldn't bear the thought of not being around for their kids - I gave up when doing IVF and mike gave up when I was preggo - both with champix which is amazing - so really proud of them both and very relieved
Pic is melody asleep on my chest a minute ago.. I forgot the flash would go off! This is because I only took one pic today and mike thinks she's about to burst into tears in it - melody u weren't!
