Rainbow!

This weekend we had visitors, my Mum and Dad brought my niece and nephew down for the weekend. On Saturday after lunch the sun decided to make an appearance so we headed over to Birches Valley on Cannock Chase to do the Route to Health Walk. As we got to Rugeley however the heavens opened so we decided to park up and wait a while to see if it subsided when we got there. Just as we arrived the sun broke through and this beautiful full rainbow appeared. The colours were so vivid and you could see the full arch. We rushed to park up and I ran to the edge on the wood and this was all that was left of it.

We had great fun on the route to health most of all hunting for the Fairies of Fernley Thickett, we saw their homes, their clothes on the washing line and some fairy dust however no Fairies were to be seen. Maybe next time????.........
