Who is Javier Garcia?

Javier Garcia graduated from Austin High School in El Paso, Texas in 1983. How do I know this? Because this is his graduation ring that (as you can see) has his initials on but also his name engraved on the inside, the year he left is on the shoulder of the ring alongside a panther on the side of the ring you can't see, which helped me nail down which Austin High it was.
