Day 3...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Gavin!!

Went into Dornoch for a walk round the Dutch fair that was in town, was really nice. Had a walk round the Old jail - which has been turned into a few shops. Also went round there little museum, was really interesting. Just before leaving Dornoch we went round the cathedral there it was stunning - the stained glass was amazing - I haven't seen colours so bright & vibrant in any cathedral before.

We then headed to the Falls Of Shin - to see the salmon jumping upriver. It was really busy there so we didn't stay long. Headed up the road a bit further & went exploring a ruined castle - we got out feet a bit wet crossing two burns to get to it. Was really beautiful & worth the wet feet.
