what defines a collection? How many things with a common feature are a collection? I'm pretty sure I have a collection of jugs.

Twenty three at the last count. The collection even has sub-groups.

You could divide them by age or purpose - milk jug or gravy boat for example. You could divide them by how I got them - inherited, bought in a charity shop, bought on ebay or found in a skip.

This is Barker Bros Fantasy ware. I wouldn't like loads of this but a few bits are nice to have. It has a Meir Works Longton backstamp, and "Made in England" which dates it to 1921 - 1930.
